I have been an educator for eleven years, (I can't believe it has been that long!) I am a mom of two, and I love doing what I do. I graduated from Florida State University (Go Seminoles!) with my Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and I continued my education by pursuing and obtaining my Master of Science in English Education from Nova Southeastern University. I am professionally certified and recognized as a Highly Effective English 6-12 teacher. I also have extensive experience with students who have 504 or IEPs and serve all student learners. 

 

I started tutoring in 2016, and established this business in February of 2020. In addition to being a mother, teaching, and coaching; it has been one of the most rewarding things I have done outside of the classroom. One-on-one tutoring provides students with a truly unique, differentiated learning experience, and to ensure that the concepts a child needs to understand, are actually understood.
