I hope that despite this global pandemic, you are all well and safe! I am really excited announce my updated site and to start taking clients for the summer. I specifically tutor students in English Language Arts grades 6-12 and I am also a competitive speech and debate coach and teach concepts like research, public speaking, and communication.

Staying Active (mentally and physically)
Look into starting a new hobby or go for a walk! Staying indoors at all times at this point is counter-intuitive to your health. A few new hobbies that I have picked up, are gardening (herbs), baking and even rekindling my love for reading for fun! You can also do virtual yoga if you need live instruction or try out a few physical fitness videos from YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, or a purchased DVD program. Some have even invested in creating home-gyms by purchasing a Peloton--I am intrigued, but not interested; weights, jump ropes, and more.

Tip of the Week:
Do something on your to-do list for the week and congratulate yourself. Seriously, give yourself credit for doing something for yourself this week in the midst of everything.
